6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Requests for refunds on consultancy and integration services must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Eligibility depends on project stage at time of request. Approved refunds will be processed as a refund to the original method of payment within 14 days of approval. Services may be transferred to another authorized individual upon request within this period.

Certain customized or milestone-complete services are non-refundable due to resource allocation and scheduling commitments. This includes any session or integration phase that has been fully delivered.

6.2 Information Products

Requests for refunds on digital guides and training modules must be submitted within 14 days of purchase, provided that the content has not been fully accessed or downloaded. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back in unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt and inspection of the items. As an alternative, customers may request an exchange.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on novaraonline.com and take effect immediately upon posting.
